having trouble falling asleep is nothing new to me.  i’ve had trouble falling asleep all my life.  i usually have no trouble staying asleep though.  last night, however, was one of my most fitful nights of sleeping.  i woke up at 7:45 am yesterday morning after only going to sleep at 3 am.  i worked all day and had to be awake at 7 am this morning.  so excuse me for thinking i’d fall...
